Formerly used toyhouse to store all of my lads, but my endless craving for complete customization drove me away as I aimed to create my own place to store my children. I've created a number of different drafts of this site, but this one works best for me! This is all one single page, so I find it easier to get the motivation to finish or update it!
Most of my characters are incredibly old creations from childhood! I'm the lad who used to have thousands of characters, but I've since cut countless characters and stories that just had no purpose. I'm a very utilitarian writer, there will be no wasted effort, every letter I type will carry it's weight!

Story & Personality
Appearance

Agari is a massive humanoid being with dark and light purple skin. He has a long, powerful tail that drags behind him with minimal movement. This tail is extremely powerful, giving him his most deadly attack when needed. Agari also sports a set of wings, with the back matching his skin and the inner skin being bright pink with spots. Agari has claws on his hands and feet, and pointed ears. His eyes are solid blue.

In Agari's most recent redesign, he now has matching horns and spikes that run down his back. As well as a full outfit of a poncho styled after mycelium paired with a matching skirt. Finally, he was given a scar down his face and chest.

Personality

Agari has spent his life as a generally quiet character, speaking little unless his wisdom is directly requested. He comes off as such an aloof authority when in reality, he's always willing to speak to people who need it.
Despite this, Agari could not exactly be described as "kind." While all dragons are good by default, Agari is not kind. He does not consider others for the sake of kindess and compassion, but in that it's his responsibility to do so. While the effect is the same, it can be quite obvious that he has little interpersonal care the longer he's around.  

Background

For how long Agari has been in his position of power, few people remember. As the ruler of the local dragons living on Biolevion and a repository of ancient wisdom, Agari has been protecting his fellow dragons and lending them guidance at every turn. He seems not to care much for anything outside of his responsibilities, being extremely strict in his own productivity. Agari does not like being pulled away from his work for anything other than more work.
Because of this, he has few interpersonal relationships that are any sort of meaningful to him. He's quite isolated, but it seems he's also completely okay with that. 

Agari plays a pivotal role in the life of another dragon named Zyx. After finding out more about dragons, Zyx decides to seek out Agari in order to learn more about her heritage. Agari speaks to her without hesitation, explaining the true purpose of dragons—to be protectors. This would be a revelation for Zyx, who was always taught that she existed only for destruction. Agari continued to explain various aspects of dragonic culture and their jobs as dragons, giving Zyx a crash course in being a dragon.

Appearance

   Ariadne is a young woman with dark skin and purple hair. She typically sports purple and gold clothing and recently chopped her hair short. She's completely unassuming, you wouldn't be able to guess how powerful she is based on looks alone.

Personality

   Being quite young, Ariadne is naive and energetic. She's peppy and all smiles most of the time! She can be quite sassy, but it's never with any ill will or harmful intention. She's incredibly kind, but entirely clumsy.

Background

   Ariadne grew up on a planet called Biolevion after mysteriously being found crash landed from a strange ship. The king of the lands had the strange child brought to his home, where she was basically accepted into the royal family to possibly utilize her magic potential in the future. The motivation was quite cold, but quickly changed as she became a real part of the family.
   Ariadne made friends with the prince, named Funace Hilo. Ariadne and Funace treated one another like siblings, bickering and fighting but bonding through thier various games they'd make up together.
   When war broke out on Biolevion, the king assigned Space Hart to protect the children and send them off world. However, the only ship that wasn't destroyed yet was the one Ariadne came to the world in. It was far too small to send both children away, so Space used an ancient dragonic magic to fuse the children. Funace would be absorbed into Ariadne's mind, allowing both to escape. Space planned on splitting the children at a later date, after the war settled down and he could bring them back. However, he was never able to do this.
   Ariadne and her new mental roommate would land on Earth, where they grew up with this strange arrangement. They continued to bicker and play games together, and still do to this day. Ariadne is not aware of her full potential as a Goddess, but Funace is completely familiar - being inside her mind, even the areas she doesn't know about.
   Ariadne seeks out a way to get Funace out of her head so their lives can truly begin.

Story & Personality
Background

   Born in Biolevion to a large dragon family, Azorian was the youngest of 12 siblings, all of whom were boys. Being the only girl amongst her siblings did not have any real impact on her childhood, she was treated all the same aside from the fact that she was the youngest. Her parents, overwhelmed by the number of children they had to care for, would leave young Azorian in the care of her older brothers more often than not. This was almost always a fine arrangement. While her brothers were quite the bullies, Azorian was more than capable of standing up for herself and holding her own against their rambunctious behavior.

   When Azorian was 12 years old, she was kidnapped and taken away from her family. This event was later blamed on her brothers, who allowed her to wander off by herself, insisting she was plenty capable of handling anything that came her way and assuming that, because nothing had happened in the past, nothing would happen now. Azorian's family would search the local area, but would be unable to take more action due to the lack of police infrastructure in the area, and how little people seemed to care. Azorian would never see her family again.

   Roughly 3 months after the abduction, Space Heart would stumble upon Azorian being held captive in a small shack. Space immediately got Azorian out of there, tending to her severely damaged state. Azorian had been slowly picked apart and looked a fright, but Space was determined to help. He set to trying to help her get home but was hit with a roadblock when he realized Azorian was not speaking. She would nod and shake her head, but only on certain questions relating to her own current state. Space figured she needed more time, bringing her home to his small family with intentions to someday return Azorian home to her family.

   Now living with the Hart family, Azorian slowly settled into her new and unfamiliar surroundings. The family consisted of Space Hart, a mercenary who wasn't home often but decided to take a year to stay home and help Azorian. His wife, and his son Bleach. Azorian didn't interact much with the family outside of Space himself, only ever leaving her room when nobody else was around. Azorian never returned home, and it took her an entire year to say anything again. Before this, Space recognized Azorian's potential as a fighter and began training her in hand-to-hand combat. It seemed like the only time Azorian was happy and at ease was during those moments. At the end of that year, Space brought Azorian aside to give her a gift; a spear. Space explained that the spear belonged to his family, but he thought Azorian might be quite good with a spear, and wanted to begin training her with the weapon. Azorian was overwhelmed and grateful, finally speaking to voice that feeling and accepting the new training schedule.
   Space would work on training Azorian for quite some time, spending more time with her than his own son at times (not that Bleach was upset about that). Despite all this time sunk into teaching her, Azorian was impulsive and aggressive, beyond what Space knew how to deal with. He would repeatedly explain that her rushing into a fight would get her in trouble, but she couldn't help it. Even by the end of their training, Azorian never quite got her grasp on her impulses.

   When Azorian was 15, Space returned to his full-time work and would scarcely be seen around the house again. Simultaneously, Bleach would be sent away to a special school, leaving Azorian home with Space's wife. She didn't dislike the woman, but they didn't quite click. With this in mind, Azorian decided to leave home as well and seek out her family. Azorian would learn a lot about her own kind and spent ages traveling. Eventually, she would find her old home in the Sky Dragon Village. She bumped into one of her brothers on accident, but when she attempted to reveal her identity, they were only confused. It seemed in the years since she was taken away, the family accepted that she was likely dead and gone. So when Azorian came back, nobody knew how to react or whether or not to get their hopes up. When Azorian was brought back to the rest of her family, she felt incredibly awkward and out of place. She had changed a lot since they last met, she had outgrown them even. After her family finally accepted the reality of Azorian being alive and well, she decided she didn't belong with them anymore and set out on her own.

- Shadow Magic
Utilizing very basic and straightforward shadow magic, Goddfrey can obscure an area in darkness, condense shadows into physical objects to pack a punch or use as additional limbs or tools, and more rarely use the shadows to "infect" someone and cause sickness.
- Machine Allies
Using a skill in crafting, Goddfrey can create small machines mid-battle to send out at his opponent. These machines typically take the form of a small baseball-sized spider-like machine that will find it's way to the target before exploding. He is usually prepared for creating up to 10 of these per fight.
- Machine Enhanced
His most noticable ability comes from the strange gadget on his face. Goddfrey's machine allows him to see, but also supplies him with information about his surroundings and opponent. The gadget is capable of determining an opponent's weakness, usually requiring some data like watching the individual fight to see weak spots. This gadget can otherwise help in ways such as reducing environmental disadvantages (such as poor visibility) or simply making sure Goddfrey knows when to call it quits.
Trivia:
Goddfrey was created somewhere around 2014-2016 as an individual character based on a Staryu. The character was drawn twice before never being picked up again. He was recycled for CORE.
Story & Personality
Appearance

Goddfrey is a small, scrawny blonde man with a large brass device strapped seemlessly to his face. The device pushes down his hair at certain spots, so the rest sticks up in a funny way that almost resembles horns. He truly gives off "mad scientist" vibes. His voice and movements are a bit manic, very energetic, but quite seriously so. His skin is a little dull and grey, and he wears a dull purple outfit including a fluffy undershirt, a sweater, and a strange half-boot kind of shoes. One of his hands was removed at the wrist in his death, so he created another brass machine to replace that as well. This brass hand has claws instead of fingers, and was intended to have a shield covering the exposed parts, but Goddfrey thinks it looks cooler uncovered and takes that risk.

Personality

He's a bit of a manic fellow, bursting out into hysterical laughter when he's excited. He seems out of a breath quite often for how much energy he puts out on a daily basis, he's simply BEAMING most of the time. Though he is technically a part of The Solar Group, he is universally disliked for his manic behavior and annoying voice, leaving him to be the first of the front lines in hopes someone might take him out already. He's incredibly excitable, and since he has few people who can tolerate him, talking to him about his machines is the quickest way to make him happy.

Story

The Solar Group prepares for the new solider Ossa to arrive, and Goddfrey can't help but want to be the first to fight her. Raring to go, Rott sends him out to confront the inexperienced soldier on their doorstep. Goddfrey, hopping around and giggling, introduces himself before taking an offensive stance. Ossa, confident upon seeing such a weak looking man, makes the first move to attack. Goddfrey blocks her attack before eagerly getting her familiar with the magic of the world. Sending a swirl of shadows from his brass hand, Ossa is thrown to the ground and stunned. The area goes dark, Ossa's best bet to see Goddfrey being the glint off of the brass on his body. Goddfrey, in his element, excitedly begins to unleash a folly of attacks upon Ossa, who is just barely able to keep it together enough to defend.
It truly seems like only a matter of time before Ossa loses her footing and takes a fall, but Reggie leaps into action to defend, knowing far more about this opponent than the newbie. Reggie grabs Goddfrey by the machine on his face, slamming him face-first into the ground. Reggie quickly pulls Ossa away to recoup as Goddfrey regains his footing, the glass on his machine cracked, a strange red liquid slowly seeping from the breaks. Reggie quickly gives Ossa a pep-talk, urging her to get it together long enough to get the upper-hand.
Ossa insists she can handle it, but is completely unsure of herself against a magical opponent. She leaps back into the fight, having a bit more control as Goddfrey's machine is in a damaged state. Goddfrey lands a staggering blow with his brass hand, knocking sense into Ossa as she sees a way to... get the upper hand? Ossa stumbles before she bounces back, tackling Goddrey and jamming her fingers into the innerworkings of his brass hand, ripping out whatever machinery she can get her hands on. Goddfrey screams as another of his creations are damaged and his brass hand is rendered useless. Furious, Goddfrey attacks again, shadows quickly cornering Ossa and honing in. The moment Goddfrey gets closer, Ossa winds up and lands a solid blow to his face, destroying the face of his machine and securing a victory the moment the shadows grab ahold of her.
The defeat seems a tragedy to Goddfrey, who sits in a puddle of dark redish-purple liquid that's pouring from his machine as the shadows he cast over the area slowly vanish. After a moment, Ossa collects herself and kneels down to help Goddfrey, feeling a bit horrified by the scene before her. Goddfrey whines in pain as Ossa helps him to his feet, he seems dilerious, almost like he's actively passing out. Ossa manages to bring him back inside The Solar Group's compound to get him help from his people before she's quickly shoved back outside. Goddfrey is given enough attention to get him stable, and he recovers just fine. Ossa's compassion and attempts to assist him in his defeat stick with him, and he begins expressing displeasure at the thought of anybody from The Solar Group taking her down. Goddfrey recognizes the kindness in her heart, and wishes to find out more about her. He seeks out this knowledge and, as Ossa's strength grows ever more intimidating over the course of her time in the Yard, is assigned the official source of data about Ossa.

One of his most offensive abilities, Agari posesses the ability to teleport via dirt, mud, rock, stone, and other earthen substances, merging into earth and appearing anywhere else from the same element. As an extention of this ability, he is also capable of minor manipulation of these same elements without physical contact.
- Mycelium Growth Acceleration
When wounded, Agari does not bleed or seem to feel very much pain at all. Additionally, he's capable of incredible regeneration. Fully growing back an entire limb within a matter of days.
- Sporogenesis Cloning
Agari is fully capable of creating duplicates of himself!
- Sporecloud Disorientation
By expelling a cloud of spores, Agari can disorient those around him.
Trivia:
Creation date is labeled as "10/15/2017" and was added to CORE on September 16th, 2021. Agari was originally an adopt design before being turned into an anthropomorphic dragon man. Originally a part of Nekomaster's cast of characters before being transferred to CORE due to not fitting too well.

As a true angel, Aetherra possesses divine abilities not seen anywhere else. They control immense power that is capable of ripping the fabric of reality itself.
Trivia:
Created in 2024 as an additional and final opponent for Ossa to face off against in her story. This is the one and only true angel character I currently have, while I used to have a plethora. Aetherra triggered a complete overhaul of my angels.
Story & Personality
Appearance

   Initially, Aetherra appears as an androgynous human individual with a slight air of divinity. Their design almost seems over exposed, sterile, but warm and friendly. However, their transformation stages reveal their true nature.

Personality

   In their first form, they come across quite gentle and caring. Almost like they're there to look out for you, to protect you. But something is... off. While on paper they're incredibly kind and even their aura feels comforting, there's still something there that prevents them from being... perfect. That would be the truth underneat that veil, as Aetherra is an extreme being of hatred and violence.

Role

   After defeating Monn for the second time, Ossa seeks out a power to help her go back to the first level of the after life to reuinite with her friends. This power is fabled to be the one and only angel, residing beyond the realm. Ossa attempts to summon this angel, but fails. However, Aetherra, after hearing that Ossa is a demon, appears before her themselves. Aetherra appears in their first form, having a peaceful conversation with Ossa about her journey to protect her new home. Aetherra comes accross quite understanding and compassionate at first, empathizing with Ossa's distress in learning she was a demon. Ossa expresses fear that Aetherra might hate her because of her nature, but Aetherra attempts to quell this by explaining that such a dynamic was "just a silly fable." However, their tone was not hiding the truth well. This first obvious lie tips off Ossa to the calculated nature of angels, and she begins navigating the conversation far more carefully.
   Aetherra begins to lay out a gameplan for Ossa, explaining first that return to the first level of the afterlife was "impossible," and she is meant to move on from her previous life just like she did the first time. Ossa explains that she had nothing to care for in the first life, but her afterlife gave her purpose. This correction angered Aetherra, who began struggling to keep it together.
   The next subject was on Ossa's future. Aetherra explained that people "can't know" that Ossa is a demon, saying that such a being actually existing would cause a panic. "Not because you would become evil, of course! But, you know, there is an expectation, and you have yet to get your power under control..." the being would insinuate a tragic end. Aetherra worded their next suggestion carefully, but told Ossa that the best course of action would be to place her into another world where she would belong, where she would "be happier!" This world? Limbo. Ossa was outraged, knowing all too well that Limbo was effectively eternal white room tourture. She rejected the proposal in anger, and Aetherra matched the energy with their own outburst. After a very brief shouting match, Aetherra threaned to kill Ossa "as many times as it takes" to make her give up, before their second form would burst from their body.
   Ossa's battle for her soul began immediately, and she would scramble to an audience that would help her power up. The battle raged on and Ossa held her own for the most part, which infurated the angel. Aetherra's final transformation would rip it's body in half, a new and monsterous form emerging and the area going dark and isolating Ossa from her support, taking away her power up.
   Things looked dire...

Appearance

T.f. appears as a lanky young man with bright red short hair. One of his eyes are loosely stitched shut, so ineffective that he can open that eye with no issue. His other eye has been mutilated in the shape of an "X," but his still a fully functional eye. He typically wears the clothes of a teenager in the early 2000s, leaving it a surprise what time period he's actually from.

Personality

In stark contrast to how he was in life, T.f. is an incredibly peppy, optimistic, and cheerful lad. He's a little stupid and comes off as incredbily naive, but he's quite capable! He tends to act a certain way to appeal to those he spends time around in order to be as helpful to them as possible. This often results in him staying positive even when he doesn't feel it. He is extremely selfless, resulting in the purpose he was given to assist the living.

Background

While alive, T.f. was a rather depressed individual. He was only a teenager when he died, murdered at the hands of the girlfriend he had at the time.

Story

Summoned by a human woman to protect her and her unborn child from another demon. They spent a lot of time together, and he ended up being able to defeat the other demon and keeping the humans safe. The second part of the contract involved looking after the baby after it was born, effectively making him bound to earth for the span of the child's life. He stuck around to see the child be born, fell in love with the human woman, and became the father of an additional child. He grants the first child, Sara, a demonic medalion that brings her conditional demon magic. The other child, a boy, has inate magic. Baeyall trains the children in magic and fighting, ensuring they will be safe no matter what they might be up against.

Story & Personality

    Jean travels the stars, seeking to resolve conflicts through diplomacy. Although he can be blunt, he’s learning to improve his communication skills. When diplomacy fails, he’s ready to fight, believing that struggles are growth opportunities.

    Jean aspires to bring peace with him wherever he goes, wishing to live in a happier universe. He realizes this is generally an impossible task and that his work will never be over, and he's looking forward to helping.

    Quite fitting for his role as a peacekeeper, Jean appears quite soft and cuddly at first glance with his coat and typical Namekian attire. He fights in these clothes as well, being quite light and easy to move around in. He seems incredibly peaceful, and he is! Unless you give him a hard time when he's trying to achieve peace...

    A small secret Jean holds is his interest in regular solid foods. He doesn't require them at all, just like any Namekian, but he finds them interesting to the point of distraction. He keeps this little fact about him under wraps, finding it a little embarrassing to have this entirely unnecessary "hobby". On his ship, he's modified a storage space to be a kind of fridge to keep food in for his travels.
    Jean's interest in food stems from a close friend he grew up with, who was not another Namekian and thus had to eat solid foods. Young Jean, curious and wanting to bond with his friend, would eat alongside them. When visiting new planets, so long as there are no large ongoing conflicts, the first thing he likes to do is investigate local edible plants. The majority of the time Jean has no interest in actually eating the foods he picks up, he just likes investigating them.

I really love categorizing and organizing characters. Part of this is POWERSCALING my own guys, throwing rankings on them! I have had 3 different methods of doing this in the past, but I forgot them!
